I guess it depends on how much you want to pose her? If you are basically going to leave her in bed, then I'd go for whatever I wanted most. If you are planning on changing her clothes often, posing her, photographing her - lighter weight is the way to go. IMO, no question.
Approaching that magic 60lb/27kg mark is always an aspirational goal, but my problem with both the 157B and 166C are that their legs a too thin/not shapely enough for my taste. Conversely, the legs on the 162E are stellar, but she's easily pushing 80 pounds and that is heavy.
What I'd like, and do believe is possible, is a doll between 60-70 pounds that is shaped like a 162E or 172D. In order to hit that weight target, she'd probably need to be essentially slightly "miniaturized" from top to bottom, but could still clock in at around 153cm/5' tall.

Same here, I'm trying to choose between the 157B and 166C. For my first. So difficult to decide. I like that the 157 is close to my height (160), but 166c looks amazing too. I don't worry that weight is an issue.

The weight itself isn't that heavy but when it's wrapped in a large squishy delicate package it should definitely be considered
I've had a 162e and 166c and have always said if i could go back in time the 157b would have been my 1st doll(I still want one)
You get used to the weight and moving her after a couple of months
