Decision making: 157B, 162E, 166C
Decision making: 157B, 162E, 166C
The 157B, 162E and the 166C are on the menu, the problem for me is... the weigth.
My current doll it about 25.7kg/56.66lbs (manufacturer) or 28kg/61.7lbs (some retailer). The weigth is fine, i can handle her, depending on the dolls or my position, more or less well.
The 157B is 28kg/62lbs (what i found on the retailer sites i looked at + the site of WMdolls) and i found one site that listet her with 28.6kg. Here i think the 28kg are very save to be accurate.
Next is the beloved 162E at 35kg/77.16lbs. I also saw her at 39.9kg/87.96lbs, which definately would be to much for me but at the same time, if i could handle it, would bringt the 172D into play:lol:
And for last, but not least the, by all loved one, 166C. Which i found from 31.4kg/69.2lbs to 33kg/72.75lbs.
So, after all this information, my question is, especially for the people who own several dolls, at best the ones above , how do they compare when you go by weigth and how easy/hard it is to move them?
I am absolute certain that i can handle the 157B, so i would go from the position of comparing the other to to her.
To everyone who tries to answer me, thank you very much in advance!

I think the question of the weigth is answered. Now i need the experience in moving them that´s the hard part and the one which concerns me the most.

Re: Decision making: 157B, 162E, 166C
I've had a 166c that i play with a lot for almost a year
After the 1st day of owning a 162e my arms and shoulders were aching
If i could go back in time i would probably get a 157b if im honest
The extra kg's do make a difference during playtime

It's true the 166C is a bit more cumbersome for moving around a great deal, but she's still great!
You mainly questioned weight, but between those two another issue are the breasts. Both of my dolls are the newer softer TPE blend, but the 157 has solid breasts and the 166 has hollow. Don't get me wrong, both feel great. But the hollow C-cups on the 166 feel much more squishy and jiggly. Much more realistic, in my opinion.

“Lexi Ducati”, my WM166C with 368 head

At the moment i am leaning more to the 166C, but i am also looking into other dolls, that go near the 160cm mark (better abouth), without going over the weigth of her.

Yeah, i saw his work, looks good, when it isn´t to much, but i would be scared to damage her.Arthur1960 wrote:Well if you like the height of the 166C but would prefer her with larger breasts then you could always do what bigchilli did for his Mia. He gave her a simple boob job with eye popping results! I've tried it with a couple of my gals to a lesser extent and it does work if she has hollow breasts. Incidentally, the 166C has one of the cutest back sides you could wish for, my Magda's feels absolutely real and looks incredible!
