More RealDolls with "birth defect" for sale -SOLD
Ah, there's something to go on the wishlist for the next workshop that Abyss moves into: a working climate controlled area that keeps humidity/temperature just right... even if it's only large enough to hold the 'chicken row'.Thomas wrote:No.
But the process is quiet tricky as it is now. Changes in weather (temperature, humidity pressure) affect the curing process and to a certain degree also the softness of the silicone.
Besides that body 1 - does nobody want to give her a loving home? - all good second choice dolls are gone for now.
We have two bodies where the silicone is way to soft. And they still have the bad skeleton. So they are only good for the trashcan.
Also we have one doll that was used for a photo-shot. She came back really trashed - torn everywhere, fingertips, fingers and toes missing, broken joints, ....
They really screwed her up.
Joey came in today to see if he can fix at least some of her injuries. But I think she might have to go to Slade anyway.

What are they thinking, "Oh, she's a doll, so she can put her knees to her ears..." That gets me very pissed.
But like I always say, people who get a doll, don't respect her, but people who actually buy one, will love and respect her for as long as possible...

It was the same with the Celine doll Howard Stern got. She was trashed at one of his parties. Practically ripped apart.
I agree but they are beyond rescue.Poet wrote:....too bad about those other 2 dolls...
