Yes, our heads can made in TPE, soft silicone and hard silicone. Among them, tpe and soft silicone heads can have oral sex.

Still, how much does soft variation differ from the hard one ? It'd be nice if you have images or videos comparing these 3 option to one another. Currently I am very hesitating between #21 hard and #21 soft.

Please check, you can see not big difference from outlook. So the key point about choosing soft head or hard head is that

(1) do you need hair implant? if yes, you must choose hard head.
(2) do you need oral cavity for use? if yes, you must choose soft head.
(3) do you need built-in tongue? if yes, you must choose soft head.
