Problems registering at Dollalbum

I was trying to register on dollalbum, using different username than on TDF, but I get "selected user does not exist!", and while using the same username as on tdf, I get "The username you have entered already exists, please choose a different one". First time I tried there was blank page/form after pressing submit registration. I also can't login using my username or reset password providing my email, and I didn't get any email notification about creation of an account.

Every account on Dollalbum must be approved by an admin. This can take up to a day, so please be patient after registration and wait for the confirmation mail.
