Any tricks to get rid of the shine these silicone dolls have for photography?

Powdering the dolls will help to knock down the shine.

Powder/cornstarch and avoid harsh, direct lighting.

Photo editing tools usually have a highlights feature. I that setting is reduced, it will tone down the shine but also affect other aspects of the photo. There also may be a spot fix feature that can be effective if the spot size is set very small and worked over the shiny portion.

Avoid shooting with a flash, go for more natural / diffused lighting.
