This put a big smile on my face that wasn't there when I woke up. You captured in words some of the essence I try to capture in photos of these imagined characters, especially the ones supposed to be brasileiras. If I'm transporting us those thousands of miles once in awhile, it's all worth it

I was asking myself the same question.
Is there a preparation with some special oil to give that slight wetness of a skin exposed to the burning sun?
The grain of the skin is also always masterfully given, in a way that seems supernatural for a doll made with an artificial material. While many photographers of live models smooth them out on Photoshop until they look artificial, you do the opposite process. By what magic?
On the last photo, we can even see the very light down on the thigh that attests to the reality of this appetizing flesh.
I can only think of one explanation: you have a harem of extraordinary living creatures at home, and you have fun making us believe that they are dolls.

You have the best photos of the YL168 the manufactures did a bad job showing off this lady... I really never would have expected her to look like that from those angles. Dani is definitely in my top 3 all time fav dolls on TDF.

The simple answer... usually very little powder and just the tiniest amount of oil. The not so simple answer... I'm not a Photoshop magician, in fact I only own GIMP. In the past I cleaned up images much less than I do now, but I still stop short of the point (I hope) where the skin looks airbrushed. TPE isn't a perfect material, and my girls pick up their fair share of nicks and scrapes. When you leave a few of the imperfections visible, I think it adds character to the skin and the "realism" factor.

Long before dolls I got interested in photo editing. Again, I try not to go overboard with filters and gimmicks, but I have figured out over time what I like to dial up or back, sharpen, mask, etc.

Trust me man, if these ladies were all real and living at my place, I'd be too frazzled to even post pics. They run me ragged enough as is!

Really appreciated Dolllove1991! That's a heck of a compliment. Dani just blushed a little.

The YL 168 manages to surprise me somehow on every shoot I do with it. The hips and thighs do a great job offsetting the overall slimness, and I like her upper body musculature as well.
