Adding to this...customer service is important during times of stress. Fedex lost a couple of packages at the same time... shows as "in transit" on my side but shows "delivered" on vendor side, at same time. Your competitor had me wasting hours negotiating with Fedex... you guys are sending the new package out right away and with an apology! Thank you for the support and I look forward to my order and doll orders in the future!
