Average Email Response Time?

What is Abyss' average email response time? Sales department if it makes any difference.

Abyss was having issues with email responses. At the very end of July they hired a new Sales Manager "Sam", hid did just move to California, and is having issues with the change as expected. However there has been an improvement in Abyss responses. Just to verify are you using sales@realdoll.com ?

I sent an email using the email form they have on their site.

I'm getting same day replies as the new normal - on 8/23, 9/10, 9/11, 9/12. Sam is on it!

My experience over the last 10 months or so is getting same day replies. Occasionally it’s the next business day, at the latest, depending on the time of day my email was sent or if there was a holiday in the mix.

Sales@realdoll.com is the main address that several staff monitor. You may get a reply from one of them using their individual email address. Using the sales@realdoll.com assures that someone sees your email in a timely manner.

Multiple same day responses has been my experience with them too... And if they happen to miss an email sent on the weekend, they respond first thing Monday. Excellent service!

The average email response time is 1-3 days. The new sales mgr Sam is working hard to make it a solid 1 day time....

How long until an answer is given?

Sam is doing great at acknowledging the email (measured in hours) but has failed hard at answering the questions (measured in months) so his fast response is wasted with no followup.

I received my answers within 10-20 minutes. A hard question I asked about changing the doll to allow her to stand which needed talking with the production manager only took 24 minutes.
