Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
I wouldn’t say it looks child like young .

Are there any other cases where people have been prosecuted even for a fully adult body with just a kind-of childlike face, or am I being paranoid? Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
Not Canada but another country that treats child dolls as child porn. Good to hear you don't think it looks young, I hope the custom agents agree. But I noticed the face does have some objective childlike features, for example the eyes are not dead center between the top and bottom of head, instead they are a bit lower.FirstOrder wrote:Do you live in Canada ?

Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
The factories really need to put a little more effort in to putting makeup on the doll, as it really does take away that youthful look and give some more colour and texture to their faces.
The 161cm body and Asian look easily passes for 18-25 if presented so. Customs job is more in line with stopping the actual child looking dolls that are imported. At the end of the day, if what you import is legal, then they will gladly take a cut on duties.
But yeah, the waiting is horrible, and the fear mongers who don't understand how a doll could be treated as an IPA (intimate partner alternative) are just ruffling feathers.

The UK can be paranoid regarding dolls, and we had a visit from The National Crime Agency regarding smaller dolls.
They said that they were only interested in dolls of 140cm or under, irrespective of the dimensions of the doll, or the head.
So it will depend upon where you are in the world as to what advice can be given.
That said, the 161cm height should put you in a good position with Customs officials.
If the order hasn't shipped yet, request that the head and body are shipped separately, as this will increase likelihood of getting through Customs.
DM me if you've any questions that you don't want to post publicly on the forum.

Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
As a matter of fact, I have purposely ordered a 100cm doll to see if the CBSA will stop it at the border.FirstOrder wrote:I live in Canada and given our current laws I am wondering if one of the smaller piper dolls would even make it through customs?
It is a TPE doll with no sex holes and no sexual function.
I've asked for the doll to be clothed when shipped.
I believe the declaration is "silicone model" which I interpret to be mannequin made of silicone plastic.
As some of you know, Alyss is my avatar, she is a BJD.
I also own a Tokyodoll that is 1/3 scale, her name is Minnie and a nameless Barbie.
At this point I only have 1 sex doll, she is for sale as virgin. They can take a blacklight to it, I don't have sex with this doll.

I hope it works out! Well if your doll passes I’m trying next, when funds permit. She’s gonna be busty and a sweet but adult face. With a hole, thoug apparently it can be “sealed” for shipping. We’ll see.Agalmato wrote:As a matter of fact, I have purposely ordered a 100cm doll to see if the CBSA will stop it at the border.FirstOrder wrote:I live in Canada and given our current laws I am wondering if one of the smaller piper dolls would even make it through customs?

The Aiko doll sestras... Lizette (82cm) Addison (63cm Elf) Annette (60cm original Aiko) Leena (Aiko bjd) and Rose (wire skeleton Aiko prototype).
Celine (Teddy Babe standard Diana)

Hundreds of years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove... But the world may be different because I did something so bafflingly crazy that my ruins become a tourist attraction.

It's too bad they (China) is on holidays this week and are not back to work until after the 8th, but sure...I'll keep you posted.Henry869 wrote:I hope it works out! Maybe we should have a private forum for 100cm (or under) owners only.

Solely based on this one image I agree, to me this face is more fantasy than childlike.Henry869 wrote:This is not a child. Look at those cans.
Still, in general, there's a problem with big-boobed bodies having childlike faces. These dolls are not accepted under current rules of TDF.
Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
The offender can claim they are not a danger to the public because they have the doll or that they was going for the doll in an attempt to "cure" or reform themselves. If the prosecution ignores the doll and focuses on actual crimes (you know ones that involve actual victims not plastic) they would have better success at conviction.

Just my '2 cents'.
Yep that's me up there, gettin' back in shape! You know, the little pink guy!
Re: WARNING: To buyers of young looking dolls
There seems to be lots of conflicting information in this thread. Some posts suggest that under current US law there are no restrictions on importing dolls. Yet others suggest that people can actually get in trouble for importing them. Doing my own research, the only news stories I've found mentioning dolls were from actual offenders that happened to have young looking dolls. I haven't seen anyone getting in trouble for dolls alone but I could easily be missing this as my search was not exhaustive by any means.
