TDF Adding Live Help Chat

In an effort to better address people's questions and assist them through problems and procedures while they are visiting TDF, we are in the process of installing a Live Chat. It supports, TEXT and optionally Audio & Video at user's discretion.

It will be a few weeks before staff becomes comfortable with the new system. We ask your patience.

Meanwhile if you do have any questions, check on the header bar above. If is says Support online you can click on it to bring up a window and summon a staff member for live help chat. If it says Support offline you can still click on it and send a message which we will follow up on.
