Which manufacturers do custom torsos,detachable, etc?

I recently read that WM can make any doll as a torso, and that JY can make any doll with detachable arms and/or legs, essentially a torso with parts. Do any other manufacturers do this?I JY is out of my price range I think, and the seller that has custom WM has pretty high prices so I’m looking for other options.

I'm not sure either but i'm interested to find out. It's all very vague at the moment.
