Hi msdoll, the nipples are made by creating a 'stamp' from pipe insulation foam, carved away with a craft knife to give it a slight concave profile. The nipple is then built up layer on layer (about) three with a mixture of decorators caulk mixed with the nipple coloured acrylic paint mix. The foam in the stamp creates natural lookin bumps and ridges with the mixture, let it dry for a few hours between the layers. A fine paint brush for touching up. Final coat of paint is layers of two different shades of the nipple colour than seems to add realism. The decorators caulk is pretty flexible and can be painted. Hope this helps.
