Regarding inserts, you can use other inserts like the lilith but the opening is so tight and creates so much suction that somehow i end up using tons of lube. This doesnt happen when i use the same inserts on an inflatable. I ended up getting some aloe vera gel because its cheaper. It was like $6 at Walgreens for 16oz and it comes in a hand lotion dispenser bottle. I havent tried the home made recipe for making water based lube with xhanthan gum and glycerin.
The other orifices are fine but are more difficult to clean and the oral you might want to take the head off. If you try to do oral while sliding on her breasts you put too much stress on her neck. These dolls have an issue where if you tighten the head all the way the neck's flexible tube compresses and with the tension you might end up breaking the neck if you try to move it around because you are over extending it.
If shes in doggie position on the bed and im standing on the floor i have to position her back arched down instead of arched up as expected. it may be because the height of the bed. i had to buy a platform metal bed frame which is 14 inches high underneath to give me space to slide her box under the bed. it was like $100 on ebay for a queen size mattress

Very nice choices in her outfits and makeup.
As for hanging her up for storage and/or play, does she have a the means to screw an eye-bolt into her back or do you have something to screw onto her neck ? Or do you just only use that swing for her to sit in and hang it from the pullup bar ? I ask because I think I read awhile back that the neck wasn't meant to hold the weight of the bigger dolls. Also I think the factories were making an optional hole in the back that would allow applying a threaded eye-bolt, like in an Abyss RealDoll.
Thanks, GP

Note that this doll is not designed to be stored hanging.
TPE is like an extremely heavy chewed gum. Silicone dolls are different because the material is not that soft so there no risk of deformation like with the TPE. You may hang it for a couple of minutes but over long periods, the material is so heavy that either
a) the screw will break inside the spine and the doll will fall
b) the doll will deform due to the weight
c) some really cool disaster ( make sure you film it and upload it to youtube )
So with this knowledge most likely i will hang her to take some quick photos but thats it

Nice doll.
Re: 163cm Head 45 and 39 Review
Thanks. Regarding the swing, i only meant it as a way to hold her weight. for example, guitarpussy wrote:xcentrik,

if the doll is on top, you would have to carry her 70.4lbs (32kg) with your hands up and down because she has nowhere to support her weight. she cannot use her legs to support the weight on the bed. on a chair is no fun either. the swing holds her legs so all you have to do is swing her instead of lifting her.

her legs need to be spread apart completely. any other leg position squeezes the insert ( and you too )
