phpBB System upgrade

We will be upgrading our BBS software to the latest version tonight (August 6). It addresses some bugs and some security issues. We tested the upgrade in our test forum and all went perfectly so we expect no problems. The upgrade should be done sometime between Midnight and 6am Pacific time.
