Head size 148 vs 158; Same?

Just a quick question: is the head size to the 148D the same as the head size for the 158?

The Riley and Ivy heads have large and small versions. Go with the smaller size head for the 148 and 158. I’m fairly certain all of the other heads only come in one size.
