Such great support from Mia after I recently had an issue with an in stock Zelex doll ordered from Yourdoll. I wanted to thank Mia because she was supportive and responsive through the entire situation. She did all the communicating and Zelex offered to remake a silicone doll for me. I was very appreciative of the quick offer by them to replace the doll and the support from Yourdoll.

I just received my replacement, which is a 165F silicone and just WOW, what a difference. This doll is absolutely perfect! Arrived undamaged and has some very nice features. Gel breasts, gel butt, no bolt standing feet and articulated fingers! By the way, the gel breasts the Zelex uses are amazing realistic, very nicely done!

So just wanted to say thanks for the very nice replacement doll and for quickly handling the situation!
