Jarliet/JLDoll - height measurement?

How do Jarliet/JLDoll measure the height of their dolls? Is the height measured from head to heel, or to the toes?

So, would this doll here be 172CM, or closer to 167-168?

Head to heel.
However, as you can see, over half her height is legs!

Ah I see. So they definitely do not measure while the doll is hanging or lying with the feet bent down, which would mean the doll is shorter? They do just measure height to the heel?

Definitely they do, I measured all mine while they were standing, all measured their corresponding heights.

It looks like it is closer to 172, but more than half of this height is legs, so there is not such a big difference after all. Are these the cheapest full-height dolls? I need one now, but I don’t have such a big sum of money at the moment. It is possible to get good quality for less money.
I like them rather high because it creates a feeling of a real human being. Rubber body pieces freak me out, and I want to save money to get at least a cheap full-height doll. I compared our heights on HeightComparison.com, and we would look nice together. I am more than 180 cm, and she is 172 – a perfect match.
