I wanted to start off with a huge thank you to Mark and Paul from Cloud Climax.
Mark made the ordering experience very easy. Answering every question that I threw out at him. Placing my orders and sending me invoices for an additional head I had selected. Put me very much at ease.
Paul sent me additional resources I would need for my first doll care. Followed up with my orders. Paul just sent me the factory photos and informed me about shipping.
Overall great experience. I am sure I will order through them again in the future. Wonderful customer experience.
