I own some YL dolls that do doggie well, but I don't own a YL165. I believe that all YL dolls now come with anatomically correct positioning of the pussy.

From looking at this picture from YL doll's website, it appears that she should be able to support doggie style.

When I pose Kenya like the pictures below with high back arch, I have no issues in any hole. Unlike you, I am not a sculpted Adonis and have a bit of "beer belly". I found this method the most appealing and satisfying.

yeah i agree..would love to see this pose straight on from behind so we can see the holes clearly.

Lol that first picture actually has me going now way...maybe you are forgetting she does come with an anus, since that hole you see is it . I would love to know if the claim of 'better placement' does indeed include the vagina or just the anus...

Valid point, but key thing is although vagina should always be in the same place, the distance from vagina to anal does vary in real woman per genetics.
