Is there a list of SM resellers?

I have seen that SM themselves sell the dolls on their own site, but I don't know if its a WM situation with that.

I have only seen Dollstudio and Booty Call Dolls resell SM dolls.

Does anybody know who else resells SM dolls on The Doll Forum and perhaps elsewhere? I want to compare prices.
