Hey all, just got my doll. Unfortunately she has, or had wire poking out of the inside of her right toe. I put it in but the skin there is a bit thin and gashed. Would putting some cotton from a cotton ball around the wire and adding some tpe via heat from my sample help fill this area in?

Besides that she has two or three small surface cuts on her back. Would a heat gun or something be able to smooth these out? I'm just concerned about them getting bigger and possibly connecting.

Also, she has a line of excess material on one of her fingers. Should I try to trim it, or just leave it be?

Aside from that, She is exactly what I ordered!

Has anyone had any success about contacting and getting a reply from RLSD?
It's going on two weeks since I told them about the damage to my doll, and they said they'd get back to me withing 24-48 hours.
I talked to someone again this week and they said they'd tell management I'm still waiting.

Dont attempt to use heat
Use glue

Awe that's ashame but I am sure you will get a lot of advice. Look in the repair sections as well even for future mishaps. She looks awesome though. Love the look. Sorry I have no experience on this matter YET.. samara78 fixed Lexi once for us. She can give you pointers. IG

Waiting on a email reply and website message on my doll from a few days ago, hopefully everything is okay over at RLSD.

The wire has also poked thru the bottom of her big toe now, while I wait for them to get back to me. Two weeks and counting.
I'm beginning to think I got ripped off.

The wire poking out is no big thing. It looks as if it is a little close to the outer portion of the digit and broke through in shipping. Adhesive to fix but I'm not familiar with what type for a TPE doll.

Can you post a pic or two of the 'cuts' or are they splits ? in the dolls back.
