If you're in the UK you may want to try another UK vendor such as

https://lovedoll.co.uk/

The UK website is not up to date, we will update all the European market within this month with a brand new server !
For UK you can order on the global website. all orders goes with DHL and we do the custom clearance on our side (for WM dolls). So it's trouble free !
