This is great. We finally get to see this beautiful doll get to it's initial owners. I am like Haremlover, never into the hype. Having worked retail for over 30 years, it amazing how the masses will get caught up in the frenzy and pay top dollar, when one can wait, review the quality of the product in the hands of the consumers, and pay a much lower price after hype has blown over. I.E. mobile phone new model releases. People waiting for hours in lines when the Iphone X was released, ridiculous!!

Forum Admin Seattle Slew was quite insistent with concern that no video or information showed articulation of the legs. viewtopic.php?p=1248192#p1248192 Upon receipt customer Ztar073 has found that the legs don't move far enough for the doll to sit properly. In this thread I expressed concern in my experience of new Chinese manufacturers that the doll might not have been tested as fit for purpose. Ztar073 asked about sexual function and was referred to photographs of the vagina, with no indication that it was inaccessible on account of inadequacy of articulation of the legs at the hip joint. Ztar073 put the vendor on notice that if all wasn't right after all this hype, he'd be shouting from the rooftop.

Vendor made the excuse that it wasn't a sexdoll viewtopic.php?p=1342471#p1342471 and very specifically viewtopic.php?p=1342591#p1342591

This doll is a masterpiece and a collector doll, not intended for sex although it is possible

Apparently it's not suitable for sex at all as far as I understand.

And the title of the announcement of this thread is very clearly and explicitly

There is something very clearly wrong here.

The vendor carries a logo 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Ztar073 has made dissatisfaction clear but vendor has uttered mere palliative phrases.What is vendor proposing to do to make good on the pledge of 100% satisfaction guaranteed?

I read about buyers who got fucked even before they unpacked their doll. So more details and endoscope pics would help some buyers.

Ummm, those photos don't portray a sitting position. The doll is laying on the table with her legs hanging off bent at the knees. The torso is NOT sitting up.....

Why would they make a doll without ability to sit? That's ridiculous.

I didn't buy the doll, I requested more info be made available before money exchanged hands, so actually some others have now experienced what I expected to happen..

My understanding of the pictures shown above were that they intended to demonstrate that the removable legs were checked to make sure they properly lined up with the torso. This step must not have happened with my doll however

This is worrying.

If the vendor cannot understand that the photos supplied by the manufacturer don't actually address the issue raised by the customer, then that vendor is unfit to be a valid middleman between manufacturer, who clearly doesn't understand the function to which attention is being drawn, and the customer. Those photos show that the knees can bend. Big deal. The vendor shouldn't put forward photos as answer which clearly do not relate to the issue at hand.

A good vendor has to be able to put in language that the manufacturer understands the requirements of the customer.

This is incompetent.

If a manufacturer doesn't understand what's being asked then there's no hope of such products giving satisfaction.

Best Customer Service has to include knowledge of how to deal with a non-English-speaking manufacturer and provide proper meaningful communication between customer and manufacturer. It also has to include understanding of what the product is for and what the product is meant to do. The photographs presented above seem to demonstrate missing links in this chain of miscommunications.

It remains to be seen how my saga with this doll will go but I thought I would post a little info I have learned about this doll . I was complaining about this dolls lower legs looking hyper extended. Well apparently the dolls lower legs were meant for a high heals stance. will keep everyone posted if this whole thing goes well or shit and what I learn cause I'm a tdf team player lol

Everyone knows that getting even standing dolls to stand on their tiptoes will push the foot plate through the silicone. Not good.

But your photo shows the leg bent at 90 degrees so able to sit . . . . ?

Does it bend further? And the other?

Is yours a rogue bad doll or is the design flawed?
