Oral function of PIB

What kind of construction is PIB oral orifice? I mean direction and lenght.
Wake up question when neck is very long. Is there enough space.

My Bree head has a cavity that goes upwards. It's not ribbed at all but it creates a nice suction effect that makes up for the lack of texture.
I mean I like it a lot but don't have any comparison to other oral heads. Gets the job done and feels pretty great once the suction thing is going. Not like the real thing but at least there is no gag reflex or accidental teeth contact.
