yes I was mistaken and thinking they were air filled. sorry my mistake.

My mind was on my situation I have the CLM torso and ended up with the hollow air filled and not cotton filled breasts.
I want to let a little air out so its not the basketball boob job she has now, a little softer and with a little sag.
I just don't want this to happen to her.

Another option which might be better is to go through her back with a small thin pipe to make the original whole all the way to the inside of her breasts and then replacing the thin pipe with a thin flexible clear rubber hose. Once the rubber hose is in place then you can fill her up through the back and not have to make any holes in her actual breasts, once shes filled to your satisfaction you just have to plug the end of the rubber hose and leave it flush with her back. That way you can always remove the plug and go smaller or larger.

its one of my extras heads i had for awhile from another doll which i bought from ebay, the skin tone matched very well.she reminds me of penelope from that show criminal minds.
