some tips regarding handling with heavier dolls will be really appreciated because I will soon have these kind of "problems". I'm especially interested in Booberella because I will have the same doll. It can be only written tips if you don't have time to make video.
Thanks for your effort

I have been thinking about making a "lifting Booberella" video. But when I carry her into the shower, I tend to lift her out of bed in a very strange and odd way, not sure how insane it would look on camera. Since I shower her in the standing position, I have to carry her into the shower in the standing position. What I do is, I have her lying on her back in bed, I get in underneath her, so that she's lying on top of me. Then I raise her upper body up high above me, then gently place her feet on the floor and lean her carefully forwards. When she's standing up, I wrap one arm around her waist and with my other hand I grab her by the pussy, in order to lift her and carry her off to the bathroom. That way, I can hold my back straight the entire time. I can only imagine that his looks very weird if I made a video showing my technique. I'm not sure I would recommend this technique, but it does work well for me.
When I carry Booberella out of bed, to place her in my chair in a sitting position. I do it very differently. I place her in a sitting position on the edge of the bed first, then lean her entire body backwards, so that I can get one arm under her thighs and the other one on her lower back. It's important to hold her close to your body and to not damage her hand which is now pressed against your chest. So you move her arm so that it doesn't get in your way - and you do this before you attempt to lift her. Try to lift with your legs if you can. It's very difficult from certain angles and positions, but you really should try to save your back... I have back problems and it's no picnic.
It takes a while to learn how to lift and carry them correctly. It will take some practice. Just be very careful both with her and your back, also plan your moves. Pretend that you are carrying her before you actually do it... see if anything will get in your way. If there's a door that needs to be opened or whatever. Because once you lift her, you can't stop along the way to open a door. It's not gonna work very well.
I'm still considering making a "lift and carry" video of some sort, but I can't figure out a good way to do it yet. I hope my explanation helped some at least. I know that there are videos here on the forum where other members have showed how to carry dolls. If you try the search engine in the upper right corner, you might be lucky and find some of them.
Good luck with your new doll. If you have more questions, I can try to answer them too.
