I gave it a try, but it's a no go. The doll back will bend forward without much effort. When I bring it towards the rear, the back stops in the upright position like the ball joint has reached its limit.

You said you contacted 6ye and they said it could bend backwards? My 150b also "locks" into an upright position, it's actually a bit disappointing that it doesn't even bend back a small amount if true.

I did and was told it does bend backwards. From how other members say I need to force the back to bend, I've tried and had no success.
I figure my doll might be defective or is just too difficult to bend back.
Still, personally I'm good with the way she is. I wouldn't sell or trade my Zoe for anything!

...Here's a standing photo with her back arched. It does look like it's fairly close to a vertical position rather than arched, but I can feel the upper body move forward and backward. Maybe another ball joint is needed for enhanced arch (if price and stability can be sustained)?

I also wanted to know about the back arching. I have a 6YE 165F Cup doll and the doll doesn't seem to arch back at all. I used to have a WM170 H Cup doll which could arch the back.

Thanks for the picture! That's how far back Zoe will go as well.

Yeah its kind of disappointing it doesnt go back a bit more so we can arch the back. Guess it has to do with the ball joint design, cant have free 360 movement.

it's not about ball-joint, it's about the mould design. Unlike 165N, 150B is not a S-shape body, it's a bit straight

...I took everything (including flexibility) into consideration on my purchase and that's why I opted for 6YE's 150cm B-cup. It is an absolute work of art and I don't see how you're able to even make something like this.
