Thanks deerman, I've recently been getting clothing from Primark (here in the UK) as they have plenty of stuff in size 4 which fits Sarah perfectly and I've been getting some high denier white stockings from an eBay seller at a good price which give great protection as well as looking good and you can always slip on a black pair over the top for a change although I think I prefer the white stockings now!

Hi Arthur. I just ordered my first doll, with the same body type as Sarah, the YL148 D. Im glad I can finally see pictures of someone with one. I was just wondering how does the skin feel on her compared to a real person and to your other TPE dolls? Also im curious how realistic the feet look.

Hi there, well you made a good choice, especially if this is your first doll as a lot of folk get seduced by the pictures of those wonderful new gals that are around 170cm but can weigh around 40kg which is a good weight to lift! The YL148 is still heavier than listed on the YL web site, my Sarah is about 33.5kg but that's manageable if your reasonably fit. Sarah is now a year and a couple of months old and so the tpe she is made of will be different from that being used this year. Most owners are reporting that the tpe is noticeably softer, indeed my last doll, a WM145 has lovely soft skin and feels very realistic to the touch and I would expect your new YL148 to be the same. Obviously the tpe is cool to the touch but can soon warm up, even with your own body heat, it then feels very very close to human skin. One thing you will notice when your new gal arrives is that most likely there will be several minor compression marks on her tpe, often from the plastic she will be wrapped in. This is inevitable with the softer tpe but is nothing to worry about as they soon fade. Occasionally you may find something has pushed against the body while in transit, I had a YL155D whose feet were pushed up causing deep grooves in her tpe but I just applied a warmed up wheat bag (the type you use for your back) on her ankles and the next day they were fine. So, compared to my newer gals, Sarah's tpe feels a bit firmer but still feels nice and is now also quite smooth and doesn't require frequent powdering whereas the gals I got this year are noticeably softer but can pick up compression marks easier. As for the feet, all the gals that come out of the Jinsan factory as far as I know tend to have the same type of foot design ie there is a wire in the big toe but all the other toes have no wire but to look at you wouldn't really know. As for the look, aside from being small, Sarah takes a UK size 2.5 (adult) they look quite realistic, like the hands, you can see lines and pores, of course if you get standing feet then you have 3 small bolts protruding out of the foot. Anyway hope that's of some help, good luck with your gal, will look out for some pics when you get her.

I just remembered that i did have a photo of the bottom of one of Sarah's feet (don't ask me why!), So here it is, obviously she doesn't have the standing option.

Thanks Arthur really good info, Im feeling a lot better now and reassured after seeing Sarah's pics and a couple other peoples 148's. It's such a good looking body type with awesome proportions. This forum is amazing, Im so glad it exists. I did read about a couple peoples horror stories where their doll arrived with bad compression marks and stuff but hopefully if thats the case with mine they go back to normal after the warming trick.
Have you had any issues with clothes leeching color onto your dolls skin? Im pretty worried about that and i dont want to ruin mine, cause Im gonna be dressing her up every day. Like buying clothes for her and putting them on is what im looking forward to the most. I read to wash everything really good before putting them on.

Hi again, at some point we all have a staining problem and when it happens you kick yourself! Sarah had a couple in her first few months and the worse was from a dark wig where the inner wig net stained her head. I didn't have any stain remover at the time and washing didn't do anything but it did gradually fade and now there is no sign of it. Since then I always use a flesh coloured wig cap on all my gals. They are made of the same stuff as stockings and are cheap but will protect the head when you use any dark wigs (the ones you get with your doll have a light coloured inner net so are ok but the quality of the wigs isn't great so you will want to get other wigs). Then I had an incident where somehow I let Sarah sit on a news paper! I have no idea how it happened but she had news print on her back just above her butt! Luckily that did come off with washing as it must have just happened when I saw it so don't let your new gal read any papers as the ink will easily stick to her skin! As for clothing, basically most dark colours will run the risk of staining so you must wash it several times until the water runs clear. You will want to have a good stock of white, cream or pale pink clothing that will be safe so you can then leave those on your gal but for darker clothes I would still be careful, even after washing. What you can do is get some white (high denier) tights and stockings, with good quality white tights on, your gal can then wear dark trousers, leggings or skirts. You can also get complete body stockings in white that give all over protection, then you can dress her in a dark outfit without worrying although some materials sill manage to stain a little even through tights. I recently got some very sexy black wet look leggings for Sarah and put them over white tights, they looked great so I left them on for about 5 days and when I did her bath the other day I noticed an area about 2" wide that looked like a very faint bruise, the black of the leggings had managed to get through the tights ever so slightly! But it will fade quickly so I'm not worried but I will be more cautious! Also get some white socks to keep on her feet if she hasn't got stockings on to protect her toes, as for clothing size, here in the UK I get size 4 stuff that fits well that will also be listed as size XS. Some size 6 stuff is ok but the tops with long sleeves will need the cuffs turning up a bit. One thing you will find is that the YL148 has lovely curves and nice wide hips but that means some size 4 dresses fit perfectly on her upper body but can be tight on the hips. I got a gorgeous dress in a size 4 for Sarah but it wouldn't go over her hips! Luckily it's a perfect fit in Keiko! So go for stretchy material. UK size 30D bras should be ok and small size underwear is ok. The dressing part of doll ownership can be a lot of fun so I'm sure you will enjoy that aspect. Just make sure you have somewhere to store your gals clothes as you will soon find she accumulates a lot of stuff! My gals have taken over a double wardrobe and now have more clothes than me!

I recently got a new girlfriend on the side with face 149 which is gorgeous and 201 which I just didn't connect very much attraction attachment to but the face 46 from WM is the best.
Going to try face 129 and I have to say face 200 is amazing too but I still believe this 46 is my favorite and may always be so... We'll see.

I think you may agree with me Arthur ?

Ha ha, you have me there, yes Sarah with her 46 head has made a significant connection with me, I think it's a mix of the fact that she was my first synthetic gal and the fact that she just looks so damn hot! I have a shed load more photographs of Sarah than my other gals and although they are beautiful and each seems to have her own 'personality' it's Sarah that has my heart so it's no wonder your lovely Vlasta caught my attention, they are related after all!

Oh My. I won't ever think about legs the same! She seems to have more beefy thighs than Kianna and theyre both 148s. It must be the thigh highs? I dont know but those legs look awesome! Great pics!
