Reason: it's OVH. Sprint and many US ISPs block them. See below.

Doesn't work for me either Alexa, Yesterday or today. Tried Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft
Edge same reply as yours.

Thank rms that I am NOT alone in this.

My findings:
Poupee2Luxe uses OVH.
OVH is known to USA ISPs as a spammer haven.
Therefore, many ISPs (Sprint, T-Mobile, Charter Spectrum, Comcast Xfinity, Cox etc.), block OVH.

If haremlover and ONLY haremlover can access this... Methinks he knows someone who runs it, to drop OVH and go to another host? This is a HUGE problem, and I am grateful to know that many people, in the US, CANNOT access this site. Including myself.

I tried to use my WiFi with someone's T-Mobile hotspot. Site not installed.
Went to someone's house with Xfinity. Site not installed.
C'mon, haremlover, can't you see that this is a problem?

I am starting to get somewhere now...

I went Googling to see if it's been blocked.

Nope. HTTP error 301: Moved Permanently

I went to http://web-sniffer.net and tried to get some details:
Just WHERE did it 301 to?
Just WHERE did it 301 to?

(Thanks to this question on SuperUser: Can't access my website, blocked by router or ISP?, comment on second answer.

But I tried accessing Poupee2Luxe via raw IP... Asked to login to OVH Webmail. I have G Suite, thank you very much. I login to my email like you login to Gmail.

This needs to be resolved... Or Poupee2Luxe might end up on the TDF banned sites list!

I'm starting to believe OVH is the European equivalent of Cloudflare. They both suck.

It seems like haremlover needs to get in touch with the people who run Poupee2Luxe... Because something Poupee2Luxe done is not right...

This is what I found:
The OVH Web Hosting FAQ wrote:I've published my website but the OVH "website under construction" message is still being displayed

When you install a web hosting package, OVH sets up a holding page while you are uploading files to your website. You will probably see this message if you've uploaded your files to the "www" folder but you haven't deleted the content that OVH placed there.

To correct this, you need to delete or rename the "index.html" file set up by OVH. You could simply rename it so you can reactivate it at any time and use it as a holding/under consruction page.

NB : make sure you upload your website files to the "www" folder so they are visible.

This is why many of us can't visit.

And one more thing, haremlover: stop saying "it works for me," and then posting the URL, which many people on this thread has been saying that it doesn't for them. No matter how many times you confirm it works for you. The fact is, people are trying to tell you that it doesn't for them!

I believe you have some kind of relationship with the company. Please contact them and ask why. We posted proof that WE cannot. You reply with that there's no problem because you can load it.

On Ubuntu Forums, that would be against the Ubuntu Code of Conduct.

I have no relationship other than selling their dolls in the UK, passing on a forum member discount. I sell all of 3 to 6 a year so it's not "business". I'm able to overcome the language barrier and whilst passing through my hands before posting on I do an inspection and check for any obvious quality problems - an idea taken up by George at X/S Dolls with his quality inspection service.

It's perfectly appropriate for me to say "It works for me" having checked it on both computer and Android mobile in the UK and when people are thrashing around finding the official site, posting the appropriate link. www.domax.fr is the website which leads to the other website for sales and if anyone wants to contact Dominique the address is domax at domax.fr. It's necessary to write in French.

Best wishes

I'm in uk and would love one of these dolls! steg90

When you've made 5 posts then PM is opened up to you. Or email me on antespam at gmail dot com.

These dolls are a craft production rather than mass produced. They have air bubbles in the latex. These can open out into holes and the manufacturer expects one to plug them with superglue. In the main that works well but any such flaw near to the working private parts can give problems in the future and I check for such and photograph if appropriate before sending on.

Best wishes

TDF,

Here's my single datapoint with regard to accessing poupee2luxe.com from EST :

iOS 10 + Verizon Wireless (Flight mode disabled, Wifi disabled) = "Site not installed"

iOS 10 + Altice USA Cable Internet (Flight mode enabled, Wifi enabled) = site up and running normally

Cheers,
JackT

Edit: Should probably add that I'm using Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) in gateway, not ISP DNS.
Edit #2: Altice USA
:-D

Okay... It appears Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and Comcast block this site. This is an issue only Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and Comcast can do. Good luck on that. #NetNeutrality

Who's your ISP/carrier, Barbarous?

This is an anti-Net Neutrality issue if you are in the US.

Or, Poupee2Luxe got assigned an IP address that's on spam blacklists. And US ISPs and mobile carriers block websites that are on the Spamhaus RBL.

I have AT&T, first time I've ever seen this even with all the porn sites I
go to. The odd thing is I can go to Domax and poupee-latex with no problem.

Yup, AT&T has a HUGE problem with OVH. ATT doesn't seem to give a shit according to their forums.

Neither does Sprint (which includes Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile).

Nor Verizon or Comcast. It's on the ISPs end. Not OVH. But all they care is getting people's Facebook working.
