Doll sizes and inserts

What is the smallest doll size that allows inserts? Because of my current floor plan and space, my only options are either a torso that takes inserts, or a small doll with an insert. Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated.

Being lazty here...but I would say the WM 100 cm line.

I would prefer 175 cm. That would be nice to have a woman of similar size.

Yep, 100cm. You lose the anal function with the insert though.
