This doll is a Realdoll body D with the Brooklyn head and she belongs to Izla111 and her name is Diane. Izla has a very long thread on her in the RD2 forum called,..Meet Diane. Where did you get the photo of her? The photo is in Diane's thread I'm sure.

EDIT: Just checked this photo and Izla has one almost the exact same as this one in Diane's thread so this one may be from the doll album?
