What do you mean by "aesthetically"? You can make incredible looking stuff in VAM, which is essentially a sandbox version of the Unity engine with VR and fully physically simulated character bodies. But one of the shortcomings right now is that the software doesn't really include any assets worth using for anything but testing and learning. So you have to either create your own or buy from the DAZ community to import, or convert stuff from other games. Unfortunately that's also why people can't share much of what they do, because there are various license agreements in their purchased and imported content that prevent them. And since the community is still pretty small, most of the content creators around share their custom stuff through Patreon, which is of very variating quality.DollFan789 wrote:From what I have seen so far, VAM is best in every department so far except aesthetically. No choice but to wait.
So, to make pretty stuff in VAM right now you pretty much either have to not mind spending money or have to know how to create 3d and 2d assets yourself. The interface and functions are also quite complex to learn, and there are not many tutorials around that are well kept up to date. So it's up to the user to dive in and learn much by experimenting.
But yea, there are many good reasons to wait for it to develop further. It's just that when you get a taste of the possibilities it can get quite addicting
