So as I've been reading over the suggestions on the different forum threads and analyzing what will work best for me I decided to put together this in hopes that some of the experts here could approve or disapprove of my ideology (potential setup of supplies and tools) for the cleaning and skin treatment of a doll. If "first signs" appear, it may be too late. Just like Jeff said about car oil; by the time you hear engine noise, it's already damaged. Just set up a maintenance schedule and pay attention to her skin's texture so you know what "normal" is so that when her skin changes, you'll notice it before anything happens. Just my two cents.

For rebuilding flattened TPE use a temperature below 80° Celsius / 176° Fahrenheit.
If you are using 100° Celsius / 212° Fahrenheit, you are changing the shape.
Please note a textured towel / terry towel with that temperature is then pressing its structure inside the TPE.
Not good, right.

Now, if your doll arrives with a flattened glutes, you can use gravity, right?
Thick memory foam spaced under her bak and legs so she is elevated and there is space for her butt.
Or you could use two of those pick blankets.
For breasts, flip her over, same principle.
Love,
The BCD Girls

Oké, thanks Jeff,

I have already bought memory foam for her!
8 cm high
Is this good or should there be another underlay?

I did a search for body stocking and spent a solid hour searching but found nothing like what I was looking for. I was hoping to find a long sleeve, full body, footed body stocking. The one thing that I did find that looked really neat was even hooded but had a dang zipper all the way down the back. Not crazy about a big zipper next to the TPE. No thanks. So where do you find a full body stocking footed in plain white without all the crazy holes, lacy, fishnet stuff?

I got Maaya a nude colored stocking from Yandy.com. They have a pretty decent selection of all manner of lingerie. I'm not really happy with the color of the stocking. It's a little too dark, but it's okay. Here's a white one with long sleeves: https://www.yandy.com/Long-Sleeve-Bodystocking.php

You can do a search for "Body Stocking" and then sort by color for more options. Not many have full sleeves, but there are a few.

Hi All, yesterday my first doll arrived. Today and tomorrow will be the first washing and maintenance and I am looking forward to it. Yesterday I just unzipped it and looked at it. It's perfection!

I have read everything that's written here, but I want to make sure I do not make a mistake.
I understand that I can never give the oil to the powder? First I have to put the doll with water and soap and then oil?

MishaDoll,
Your care kit should include the following:

Spray bottle
Microfibre towel
Cornstarch baby powder
Thick makeup brush
Soft sponge
Baby oil (babyoil having to be based on mineraloil/paraffinum,)
Nivea creme
Vaseline (petroleum jelly)

Her first two days

The first day of your TPE doll is the most important day.
Wash the doll 5-6 times for removing the production residues.
That stuff is unhealthy and you should remove it.
Afterwards do a mineral oil treatment, let it absorb and then do the powdering.
Let the doll rest for the night.
The first mineral oil treatment and powdering are working over night (binding left residues).
Next day, wash off the powder, do the mineral oil treatment again, let it absorb and then again the powdering.
