Don't be put off by the suggested sleeve/female condom insert. With a good water-based lube, like Astroglide, it feels pretty damned real.
I spent 50 bucks on a Lilith Uterus that is I'll-fitting. Feels good, but no better than the included sleeve.
I had a little difficulty finding female condoms. Amazon worked for me, though.
The female condoms are reusable, too, provided you aren't too rough on them and clean them soon after use.

Thanks for this advice, I will try this later; but by now, Evelyne is tired by the transportation and need a rest. I will let her some time to acclimate to his new environment before to be more intimate with her. Myself I bought female condoms on eBay (and exactly the same provide with the textile doll), not so much difficult to found for me.

Some additional informations to the excellent Signe's review:

The fabric used is spandex (Lycra) material, very soft and stretchy. Macro-photo of the skin : The head is made with resin and fiber glass, light and solid: Weight: a bit more than a Teddy Babe Deluxe, but nothing significant, she is still light enough to be easily manipulated.
On the scale (doll with head, wig and basic clothes) :
Textile Doll: 6,9 Kg - Teddy Babe Deluxe: 5,2 Kg - Teddy Babe: 3,5 Kg
