Stacy the doll photographer has modified her DS doll slightly as well adding freckles:

In this one the mouth is not fully closed, but not as open as in the standard DS over-40 face. (One of two over-40 faces available, I believe.)

That is an advanced technique that I would love to learn more about. (I first glued my Caroline's mouth closed a few years ago, but I glued it fully closed, which must be easier than making it less wide open.)

I don't know how Stacy created her picture, and as always it's great

Regarding the technique to have the mouth more closed, I'm willing to reveal how it was done with Lissa, my 4Woods EX doll.

Normally her mouth is open, like in this picture:

Here's Lissa with her mouth closed:

Here's the original picture showing the trick:

There's an iron wire between her shoulder and chin, keeping her mouth closed. This works on the 4Woods heads with the soft face option

Yes, the other older head is Serena. I have this one coming my way soon.
