I cannot imagine the effort of putting those on... Yesterday was the first time I've put high-heel sandals on Emily and I know how hard it was...

Well, we use some nylon pantyhose under the jeans, and the jeans are under the boots, that had a short zipper in the heel inside. Not so difficult, if I have to say.

She has some really minimalist toe strap very high heel sandals we just can't make her wear, for now. I'll need to shorten the strap and make the footplates to get them on.

The ankles and toes can easily accommodate these bends but the TPE/silicone can't support the doll's weight without risking damage. The solution is transferring the weight of the doll around the soft part of the foot and directly to the skeleton.
