Hey Ark..nice gif.
May I suggest downloading photoscape. Free to download. .. It's a small program advert free and the capabilities are fantastic.
This is the program I use all the time can you crop and edit your pictures and make your own gifs. I do not have the link right now but if you are interested I will get it for you.
Making a gif is lots of fun. They can be very simple with just a few frames or quite complicated depending on your ability and patience. And if you have any knowledge of animation that helps as well.
If you plan it carefully you can make your gifs using lots of repeating frames.

Not really my forte, or preference but many people like the effect.
