Hello all. I am new to this forum, so apologies if this is not the correct place of this forum for such question.. All day I was looking at dolls on amazon.com, found few that interested me... but then I decided to check what Ali-express has to offer, and then I found more than few dolls that appeared..well, suspiciously cheap for their appearance.
What I need from You guys, is to tell me, or maybe more like, dispel doubts, if this is a scam or not? Because I've noticed that prices for such dolls start from $2K and go up and up..

Welcome to the forum, DefZeppelin.
I'm glad you checked here first. Those are without a doubt, false ads.
The dolls pictured are a RealDoll, and a 4Woods doll, both worth around $6000 and above.

If you got anything at all, except screwed out of your money, it would probably be a cheap doll, closer to what you are paying.

Just to get what you are paying, you may as well buy from a reputable vendor.

BTW, I moved your post to the Scam section as that is what those Ads are, pure scams.

never buy a doll if you are new to dolls without asking someone here. unless it is a blow up doll from some usa site etc. or from a site from your country. but never use dhgate. alie express or alibaba. and don't even use ebay most the time.

Wouldn't touch Ali express with a forty foot pole mate, I know people who have bought torsos from them and clothing and got cheap reproductions that differed from the photos they show. They are well known to use others photos when selling you cheaper gear. That's why I joined this site, and bought mine from 1am shown here. And you have pay pal protection dealing with the ACTUAL companies that make the dolls listed here, unlike ali express when I tried 4 months ago. Oh yeah, that first one is a picture of a Realdoll doll. you will find owners of that model here too. you can pay at least several thousand dollars for a top of the line doll like that. As anyone here can tell you. Second one is a 4woods. I looked at buying one myself off ali express before I came to this site and linked to 4woods and Realdoll for the truth. You would be lucky to get a very cheap inflatable sent for your $200, let alone a full scale silicone doll with that detail, metal skeleton, even a tpe skinned, metal skeleton doll like mine will set you back a few thousand us dollars, for a small one.

I have seen allot of fake doll scams & descriptions on alibaba so I would never buy from them.

Those are wicked adverts indeed. THere isn't even the usual scam of tucking in an inflatable photo among the rest.

The only clues are on one ad the words "semi inflatable" and on the other a diminutive dimension of the box for a "solid" doll of realistic weight.

Always good to be alert to even the slightest details.

If you use the website scamadviser.com, they will give you their opinion. Not bullet proof of course. However, if you type in other websites, their reviews often track with what senior members of the forum have to say.
