I particularly like that photo.

I can never remember how to pronounce her name. (Karrot did explain it somewhere.) So I just call her "Ex-eye-oly".

Xi - ao - li
She - ow - lee (like shelly) is a close as English is going to get you. I pronounce the Xi as a sort of buzzing "J" sound, the same as in the french "je vousdrais"

Cool to see how the name is supposed to go, I mentally pronounced her name in a more Chinese way, like ksh-ow-lee, with a strong k, but it's more soft.
