I had hinted many times, also in PMs to others, that 135 is a better choice. It's solid TPE,feels like rg, hands and feet molded from a real lady.
My first choice was DS. Comparing to this forum, China forums has one distinctive characteristic, comments from the bottom of our heart, the truth. If I hurt anyone's feeling, I apologize! Especially in one of the forums where all vendors and MFR are out of bounds and we chat freely. There are lots of people like LWhisperer who give good advise. Majority commented DS only meant for photography with stiff joints and hard body & bad for sex, so I gave it up.
I then look out for second best. 153 was my second choice. Later realized its also hard body with epoxy frame, I opts for 135. I was quite hesitant at that moment cos I had no idea if she is too short or small, if there is any problem getting dresses for her and etc & etc. Thanks to those who said "Don't compare with a real girl, 135 is not small or short for a doll" So, I took the advise and very pleased with my lady.
In return, I shared my experience with others too. Sincerely, I hope to meet more people like LWhisperer in this forum who share all pros and cons of our dolls. If my lady's makeup or happened to dress like an idiot, please say so and not "ah, nice!"
Is the 135 cm body made of thicker TPE ? can she sit up ? when I am reading about the 135 vs 153 models it sounds that the 135 cm models are softer and more easy to handle than the 153 model .
And I chose the insert for the vagina this time because my first tpe doll had a built in and showed her wear after awhile.
This doll has become the only doll I use for sex. I've become a huge instant fan of the feeling. I know what I like; I've been around dolls for years. This is the best substance I've ever felt. I think the Ruby silicone mix is similar but my Ruby suffered breast deformities and the skeleton was inferior to this doll.
I've used my TPE doll more than any other doll I've had in years. I haven't had her long but I can't see any wear and tear on the vagina. Time will tell I guess but overall I've been heartily impressed with the build in on this doll. I've also used the anal opening and it's not sustained any damage while a much more expensive doll (AI doll ) has multiple tears. In fairness my PIB, Wicked and Ruby all have zero tears as well but we're back to comparing dolls that cost triple the TPE and frankly I think have less realistic feeling.

135 is not thicker, its solid TPE. Sure it can sit up, and will stay at whatever position once well balanced. When you bring her up from sleeping position, remember to bent her hands at abdomen. This is to avoid palm skeleton wires breakage which is the most fragile part.
Its skeleton structure is the same as this hand set

Sorry, I have no idea if 135 is easier to handle comparing to 153. This is my first and only doll,

The weight on my 135cm feels just right for realistic sex and maneuvering into different sex positions during play. I would not have wanted my doll to be any heavier as I believe it would negatively impact practical playtime with the doll.

I don't believe that the 153 cm Renee or Tatiana would have been much heavier had she had been a full TPE doll with a standard metal skeleton. The weight of epoxy is between 9.2 and 10.2 lbs/gal and thermoplastics range between 8 and 11 lbs/gal.
The choice to go with epoxy and filler is purely a cost only justification in my opinion. The choice to remove the torso joints that allowed the doll to sit, flex and rotate may have been a fix to remove a problamatic weak point but again instead of trying to improve the doll the manufacturer opted to go the route of cost saving and ultimately increase profit by not notifying future clients and/or passing on the savings.
LWhisperer wrote:But then again, I wouldn't believe a vender would hide a manufacturers identity at all costs for any reason whatsoever....(did I say that wrong? Oopsies. How about "refuse to disclose" instead of hide? Better? Ok.) But be the first to throw the manufacturer under the bus whenever a HUGE issue comes up. Nope. I wouldn't believe it. And it just doesn't happen here. Not on the forum. Don't care what you say. Girls don't poop.
I don't agree fully with you on the point that the vendor should reveal the manufacturers indentity and then take complete blame for a failure outside of their domain. When they get the order wrong and ship the wrong item a good vendor like Beautiful Dolls and I'm sure that IAM Dolls (no experience other than what I have read) are very quick to rectify the problem, as in this order when I noticed the wrong doll head was delivered a new Sabrina head is on the way. Hiding the source of their suppliers is only good business practice.
But the issue with the torso change and ultimately the construction details of this doll is really my (every buyer also) failure in requiring that the product I'm buying be fully disclosed. (buyer beware!)
All I can hope for is that no one else buys this doll and that the manufacturer looses their investment in the mold/development because the sales for this item vanishes!

Oh good, so I'm not the only one! Oddly enough, in conclusion to a search and research of past threads, it appears that at least (now) three of us expressed as much.
I have Renee doll. The weight is little under 30kg.
At firt the weight seems problem, but after while i don't think it is too much trouble.
The height is big deal IMO. The visual different is huge.
One reason i decide for 153 doll is that i don't want train myself to be mentally interest in
child girl..
Very interesting feedback. I am trying to decide on my first purchase and the was considering the 153 cm Tatiana, Blanka, Renee doll. She certainly is beautiful but these reviews are disturbing. Has there been any new information from the vendor or others?
It was pointed out in the beginning of this thread that I didn't have the Sabrina head that I ordered and I was so busy discussing the body that I hadn't noticed. So I contacted Beautiful-Dolls and they quickly ordered the replacement head and sent it off to me. Received it last week and have really enjoyed Sabrina since, although I have issues with the joints and manufacturing changes in this doll that I wasn't aware of... play has been really good. If I could get this body size and shape as a solid TPE I would never need or desire another doll.
Thanks to BD for rectifying the head situation so quickly!
That's a good photo. I still find myself favoring the Sabrina head.
I'm with you and gogocat about the size and shape of this doll. I've had fun with my shorter doll but haven't played with her since I've received my 153cm doll, Sarah.
I definitely do wish that the 153cm, or a similarly sized doll, were available for about the same price. I'm unsure whether that's a practical idea.
