Well, I can't blame the girls for complaining, pushing an inflatable doll penis on their butt is not acceptable behavior.
But puncturing the doll... I don't think that's even allowed... the police damaged the guys property, on purpose, and then threw it away.
It doesn't really matter if this was a doll, or something else.
That's like stopping a speeding vehicle, and once the driver stops, breaking the cars windshield, on purpose.

Also That is not something you should be taking in a public place anyway. I don't know what law he could have been breaking if any.. I wouldn't be supprised if there was a law that was broken.
But yea they could have just deflated it. No need to destroy the doll..
It wouldn't have happened if he hadn't taken it there in the first place so I don't really feel bad for him.
I also think the Women probably enjoyed it and laughed about it...
