That lint roller idea is great. I always get random debris and hairs on it especially when I don't dust with baby powder.

Personally I wouldn't submerse her feet (bolts) completely in water for long periods
I shower mine all the time though, never had an issue

Hi! I have questions?
My doll is siliko 160 L cup doll.
Basically I want to know how do i clean my silicone doll and how often?
Any tips is appreciated.
Also i have the WM doll intelligent cleaning set but i have not used yet.
I've been told i should clean my doll when she gets dirty and after use?
For now i have used here for sleeping and keeping me company.
I've been told that i should use shampoo?
I have washed here in and out with shampoo and here wig also i have used the towel she can with to dry here, because it's the softest towel i have and i have used tampons, drying stick.

I used a variation of the shower technique where I just put a non-slip mat in the shower, wrapped the standing feet with plastic and just stood the doll withd her arms leaning against the shower for balance. Soaping and rinsing where a breeze, and as a bonus, covering her in baby oil after drying was also easy and fun, didn’t have to worry about dripping oil on the floor or bed.

Interesting method, but you must be talking about a tpe doll. This thread is for silicone dolls, and you should never put oil on a silicone doll.

I use a cloth dipped in water to gently wipe the doll's body for general cleaning. Then apply some baby powder, which will also prevent the skin from cracking.

The orifices are the most important parts to clean.

Not really for me. The silicone seems to leak enough oil(?) to almost instantly remove the "stickyness" of the roller. At first I thought powderresidue might be the issue. But I tried the roller recently right after cleaning my doll with soap and water.

Great starters guide, with many helpful tips from the other commentors too!

Is it a good idea to powder the face? I notice that the wig hair especially likes to stick to the face, but would the powder risk covering any pre-existing make up?

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to voice my appreciation for all the cleaning tips shared on this thread. I've been reading them carefully and bookmarking them while waiting for my 176 cm silicone male by Irontech, purchased from Silicone Lovers.

I've been making some purchases for cleaning and maintenance:

- Antibacterial sulface-free soap
- Large microfiber cloths
- Chamois cloth
- Drying stick and small air pump
- "Wet games" water-proof sheet, for cleaning the doll when its laying down on bed
- Small inflatable washing pool, just the right size for the doll to sit in while cleaning, as I do not have a bathtub. I do have a large bathroom though.
- Very fine talcum powder
- Talcum spray bottle
- Microfiber carwash mitten, which was recommended here for applying talcum
- Powder pad & brush for finishing touches

Getting the accessories has been a nice pastime :D
