We are implementing yearly
customer satisfaction polls
on the more active/prominent vendors. Yearly polls show the manufacturers progress and map a trend as to the manufacturer's product and performance.

We actually just created polls for makes that have manufacturer accounts here... BUT we could set up polls for all makes.
