I can confirm everything you say. I seriously wonder too whether they ever "test-drive" their products before release. Every cheap $15-$20 insert is better than that.

I can also verify this. Quite possibly the worst sex toy I have ever tried to use. The silicone is so hard and inflexible that I couldn't even enter it. Sad to think that one of their previous inserts, which was just a sock dipped in silicone, was more useful than this!

I've been trying one out enthusiastically for a month now, and it's a testament to the best Japanese quality, because this thing looks and feels as good as new! I bought the Tomax Lilith Uterus Hard over a year ago as something I could use as a TBD insert and never got around to using it that way. It's a great toy, but without modifying the TBD it's not very useful as an insert. The TBD-Evo, now also referred to as straight-leg TBD, are just a pain in the ass to have sex with. The lack of proper hips just makes it very problematic. TBD's are good for a boob, butt, or thigh job, but that's about it. Anything other than that is pretty lackluster.

When I work up the nerve I think I'm going to convert my TBD into a boneless TB Standard (yeah shorten her up a bit) and just use her strictly for cuddling.

To digitalcavebear: I understand your opinion about the straight leg TBDs.
I have mentioned many times in many posts that I modified all my Babes by moving the opening about 2" to the north. The work can be done from the outside - about six hours pain in the ass. I've been a lurker as I was always curious and wanted to have a sex doll. I am planning on buying a few different types to try them out. what would you say is the benefits of a teddie vs tpe doll? I'd assume the inserts are easier to clean since you don't have to remove a bunch of dust or dirt from the skin. The prices seem more affordable for the teddies but I'm not sure about all the other expenses that come with the dolls of either type really. The clothing must also be expensive ;-;

Majority take no Insert, but I prefer because more easy to clean, and I can change sensation....

There is a sales section here on the forum but it's mostly dolls sold by members. Although vendors and manufacturers sometimes offer a few dolls at reduced prices there as well.
While there are some doll channels on Discord, they are unrelated to the forum. And I don't think there is much manufacturer involvement there either.
As for special sales, the manufacturers sometimes make a forum post if they have any upcoming sales. But not always. So it would be best to check around as some only list sales on their websites. As for Teddy Babes, they usually make a forum post if they are doing a sale.
