For TB Small insert is better, or with trim, but here, you will trim 90% of insert....

And inside is not just a simple hole, inside is complexe and not linear, risk to cut too short is too important.

Fleshlight is good for trim, a single hole. But here....

"Woman's Smell" is perfect for TB. Just use with bag frozen for put and remove easily. On all sexe toys I have try, THIS is the Better, very really sensation, same better than a girl I had....

Okay then; inspired by ADHERAQ777's glowing review of the "Woman's Scent" (or "Smell"), I finally went shopping online for one through toydemon.com, but I found a worthy alternative there with the "Love Shake Real", which is also made by ToysHeart.

- it's just $15 USD (costs less than half of the "Woman's Scent"), and $21 USD (total) quickly delivered (in the USA)
- it's a bit longer, both inside and out
- and as the photo shows, it too has a closed-end, natural/realistic shaped interior

It's easily the softest sex sleeve I've ever used. In carrying it around, it sure is floppy, but feels good to touch, and even thrilling to "finger" inside for a bit. When new, it has a "strange sweet" smell to it that certain blends of silicone can emit. Once wrapped in a plastic sandwich/freezer bag, it's still a bit tricky to slide all the way inside the TB crotch pocket, but after a few tries it can fit properly. It needs no trimming to fit, either... and also comes complete with a 0.5 fluid-ounce packet of ToysHeart's "Vanessa & Co." clear lube, which is fairly thick but a little dab of it does last a long time.

The more natural/realistic interior is the main thing I wanted to start experiencing, and no American-made sleeve seems to offer it... not even Fleshlight, at least not in their regular line. So now, after several samplings of the "Love Shake Real", I can say that I'm leaving the rib stuff behind too. In photos, the interiors may resemble an obstacle course, but remember that all the nubs, ridges, and chambers are quite soft, and will yield to the erection while still gripping it all over. In fact, there's even a pronounced "G-spot" ridge near the entrance that can be felt on the upperside or underside of one's erection, depending on how the insert is turned and placed in the TB. I found that the best way to "feel" all of this is when going back and forth slowly, and at a level just under maximum stiffness. And because of this sleeve's generous stretchiness, there weren't even any escaping-air blatty sounds!

Oh, man, if only Eighth Wonder could have mass-produced Teddy Babe lips and nipples out of material like this; I think our erotic snuggle time would double what it is already!

So here's a list of all the aftermarket TB inserts I've tried throughout 2.5 years:

- Tenga 6.0 onacup (fits TB perfectly, but felt too artificial for me)
- doodman's Siliplush (rather too loose for my taste, yet a handy backup)
- doodman's all-silicone deluxe (durable and grippy; my former top choice)
- ToysHeart Love Shake Real (softest and most realistic; my new top choice)

I've always known that the Japanese have a real knack for taking an idea or product and making it better. The "Love Shake Real" is proof of this, and is also a high-quality item at a bargain price. I can easily recommend it as another prime choice Teddy Babe insert!

WOW! Thanks for the great review, Zang. I will defiinitely get one for myself (along with a doodman siliplush for variety) when I get my own TB, hopefully in the near future.

The "look" of the insert is also important to me, since I plan to do a lot of naughty photography. Is there a chance to see what the insert looks like in-place, assuming Jayna will allow such a picture, even if it is for clinical use only?

The business end of it looks pretty rounded, so does it have a seamless look, or does it bulge out the front?

Without sounding like I'm bragging because I'm not, I'm a 'big boy' and unfortunately this narrows down my choice of toys A LOT.

Fleshlight inside a TB is may be the better solution.
Because the Sextoy is tight by TB hole edge, Fleshlight is small in longht, it can Stretch easily inside TB.

just trim fleshlight, I use the standard, only holes single, not rib.... And put inside a freezebag and put in TB. And gogogogo....

I have don't take dimensions holes for make my test, and constructor give it rarely. Material is easily strech for sextoy japonese so Dash is not useful. Doc johson give diameter inside because material is more hard, but this sextoys is the more bad So I don't use it now. Only jap and Fleshlight.

Do you have tryed with TB recently? A candy18?

May be the hole of your dolls tried is hard, not possible for the insert of expander as a TB, because it's a foam very easy to expander.

I have the Love Shake Real and the Love Shake Function and agree about their value. The only drawback when using them with my TB is that the orifice hole is extremely small and when you slip out, getting back in is kind of a problem.

I used the Si-X type N with Kyoko (TB) and it fit perfectly and felt even better. The toy is not too stimulating, allowing for a long good time. And its a great value at $16
