Are There Any Parties/Events In The UK For Doll Owners

Hi, this is a repost. I have always been curious about dolls but find it a bit of a minefield on the internet.
I was wandering if there are any doll social events in the UK where doll owners/enthusiasts could attend. I have been looking and can not find any events like this in the UK. An event professionally organised where people and their dolls can attendz socialise and party would be so revolutionary. It is needed but can not find any events. Any help would be appreciated.
