Why 4?
I think six or 8 would be more true to genetic mutation ( stay with me here ).
If there was a gene mutation that allowed for the body to produce more mammories than genetic code would normally call for ,i would think each ad muscle would spawn a breast.
With the bottom most two appearing where a normal chubby womans fupa would be.
Just my thoughts....

Yes to 4 boobs, but those pics still look extreme to me. Medium to small size would be my preference.

I know this post is about "normal" human analogs, but I will never not say it would look better with a fox head.
