Skin abbrasions on a silicone doll

Post by ian85 »

My IT168 silicone, which is almost a year old developed these skin abbrassions on the back and arms. Tried showering her for longer and powdering, but they are still there. Is there anything else I could try, without damaging her?

I have the same on the lower back of my Starpery silicone. On mine they are abrasion wear marks from where I usually slide my arm under her - looks exactly the same to me.

It Seems that her Color coating is coming off. Afaik IT doesnt use colored silicone. They spray the ordered Color on their base silicone and seal it. Over time the Sealing am Color Rubs off and i asume this is the First Signal. What a pitty and i wish they would use colored silicone…..

Abrasions are normal, I've had them on tpe and silicone dolls, probably from dressing them without powdering etc
