Lovely dolls and seems to have decent reviews ….Anyone seen a photo of the Tayu skeleton?

Wondering what the patented and premium pricing offers towards doll improvements and longevity….

I was looking for the same thing as I'm seriously considering a Tayu 158C

I keep trying to justify the price point but it's getting very difficult to do so when you look at the value per dollar vs other brands. The dolls are gorgeous but not $1000 over Irontech silicone gorgeous.

For me and a lot of others, it was the weight that convinced us. Other manufacturers are getting closer and closer, but not to Tayu’s level yet.

A skeleton with multiple joints in the spine like xycolo or 4woods has would be great. I haven't been able to see his skeleton either.

IT is double the weight with terrible LHP.

True,
Also the love holes on Tayu dolls are attractive and in the right place and large enough so less easy to tear. The edges are rounded and not just a hole as with almost all other brands.
The connection in the vagina and anus provides well-thought-out options that prevent the air pressure from puching out.
And they seem to have done a great job on softness.

Tayu's weight reduction makes their full size dolls only 20-22kg? I should learn more.

I found the following when I was searching on-line last fall prior to purchasing my 158C+ Riley. Appears this is from 2022, with the at that time, the new skeleton on the right.

I shared this with Alice at MyRobotDoll and she replied this was several years old and the design had changed since. She said there are NO current skeleton photos as they are proprietary to Tayu and they are not sharing them.

You can see they use geared joints and I can attest they definitely feel as such. My doll's joints were very stiff when I received her and have begun to loosen slightly, the geared joints do move very smoothly. Only recently have I tried to move the shrugging shoulders, which do not move much. 8O I do wish the spine had an extra joint, it does feel like there's only the two joints which allow front/back and left/right movement, but they do feel like they are geared.

Their clearest advantage is still weight. The market does not yet reflect that, but if and when it does, I think you can expect them to follow others in other enhancements.

Yes, their advantage is weight. I can easily pick her up and move her, even in bed when we're cuddling. Its all a matter of learning where to apply leverage to move her various limbs and their built-in limits.

I literally am having the same problem right now I'm stuck between Irontech and Tayu, if I could put Tayu LHP and the new 161 Vagina in the Irontech I want my head would explode lol.

Today I learned that my Tayu can shrug. Does anyone know this?

Yes.

When I first received my doll, I didn't think she had shrugging shoulders as they were very stiff and I didn't want to force it. But when I reviewed the picture I posted of the Tayu skeleton, I noticed two bolts right next to the spine, these hold the shrugging shoulders joint together. So I got brave  , placed one hand next to the neck, the other in her arm pit and pushed up and the shoulder MOVED UP, not much, but it does move. :o
